We provide a 14-day (calendar day) return policy for 74House products but not including final sale items and accessories. If you need help, please contact our after sales service team or chatting online.

In order to offer fast deliver, reduce waste, and responsibly recycle or refurbish returned items, we will need to charge a return fee equal to 10% of what you paid for the product, with the original packaging intact and in a new, unused condition. If you don't have the original packaging, the fee will be 20% of the paid value. The fee is always capped at $250 (shipping fee not included), per returned item. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Of course, Missing pieces, defective or damaged orders are covered by our warranty and aren't subject to any return shipping fees. For those cases, please refer to our warranty information below.

You can swap your order for a different 74House product within 14 days of delivery with the original packaging intact and in a new, unused condition but not including final sale items. And any exchanges will incur shipping and handling fees which depend on the items you would like to exchange.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate the return process within the 14-day (calendar day) product return window, please begin by completing this Return process.

From there, please email to our Customer Service team (vip@74house.com) with your order number to arrange for either return/exchange shipping or a return/exchange pick-up. Please try to keep original packaging (better with pallet), we ask that you include photos of the product, to show its current condition and any potential defects. 74House reserves the right to choose the method of return. 74House will provide instructions on how to proceed after receive the email.

SHIPPING CHARGES FOR RETURN 

Please note that if there is a product quality problem, the return/exchange shipping costs will be borne by the seller. If you need to return/exchange goods due to personal reasons, the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.(Due to product quality problems, the return shipping fee will be borne by the seller. For other problems, the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and we will inspect the return, then let you know if the refund was approved or not(complete within about 2-5 calendar days). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.(about 7-10 calendar days)

Please note: Whether it is free shipping or there is a shipping fee when purchasing, the shipping fee incurred at the time of purchase will not be deducted from the refund.

Note: A return process must be initiated within 14 calendar days for products of receipt in order to be eligible for returns. The first 14 calendar day after 74House confirms complete delivery of the order (i.e., 14 calendar day trial begins when 74House ’s shipping partners confirm delivery, not when the order is unboxed). To successfully initiate the return process, vip@74house.com must receive an email requesting a return by 11:59 PM ET on the 14th day of the trial.
