Standard Shipping Cost Of All Products:
- Free Shipping for Curbside Delivery
- Free shipping to all areas of the United States(except Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.)
- In-room Delivery service is temporarily closed in the safe of your health during the COVID-19 pandemic.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
Taxes are borne by the buyer.

Please note that we only ship to the main area of the united states, not including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY
All of our packages are parcel shipments, meaning that your order will arrive in our easy-to-handle boxes. We will provide you tracking number once the furniture is shipped out. You can track the date of your estimated delivery, or you can contact our after sales service team for update.
We would even arrange for delivery date according to your special requests.
MANUFACTURING TIME
Everything that comes from 74House is custom which means we are not pulling it off of a shelf and giving it a quick dust. Please refer to your Order Confirmation email for the most accurate manufacturing time estimate noted in business days.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders typically take 2-5 business days to process.
SHIPPING TIME
All orders normally leave the warehouse in 5 business days.
Totally depends on where you want us to send it. Shipping times differ based on the type of shipment and the destination. Assuming there are no earthquakes or snowstorms, a parcel shipment should take about 5-30 business days in transit.

All areas in the United States except Guam, Alaska, and Hawaii can be delivered.
ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
You can log into your account at any time to see your order history and the status of any orders that you have placed. Or contact us via chat, Email or phone call. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email that will contain tracking & carrier information.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to change your address after placing an order please get in touch with us via email vip@74house.com or phone call/text ASAP to make sure we edit the info in our system before it ships. Keep in mind that once your shipment is on the way, it will get much more difficult to reroute it. In that case, we’ll do whatever we can to assist however you may be responsible for rerouting charges.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives to ensure it didn’t have missing pieces and get damage on the ride in. We are trying our best to prevent this with our specialized packaging but we can’t ever know what goes down between our door and yours. In the event that your 74House product has incurred damages of any kind, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.
DO I NEED TO KEEP PACKAGING?
Our suggestion is that better to keep original packaging boxes even pallet. If you plan to return your order for any reason, we ask that you do so with the original packaging, padding materials included. Note that within the 14-day(calendar day) return period, original packaging is required for returns. Outside of the first 14 days(calendar day), returns made without the original packaging may be subject to additional costs, which will be subtracted from your refund.
MISSING PIECES/PARTS
This should not happen but it just does sometimes. If you find your order is missing pieces/boxes, reach out to us as soon as you can so that we can get you what you need as soon as possible. Please reject the shipment and have it return to logistics company if you can not reach us. We will work with you to figure it out.
IN CASE OF DAMAGE OR DEFECT
Well, our advice is you receiving them first, because:
- If they are damage and can not be acceptable, we will replace good ones to you asap and we may not need to take the damaged back.
- If they are slight damage and can be accepted, we will partial refund you, or we will replace good ones to you, we may need to take them back if so.
- If no damage at all, only damage for outer boxes, we suggest you keep the furniture.
